Today I talk about when I am most likely to crave SAD food, and also am getting ready for tomorrow's weigh in.

Yes, that's my pattern too!!!!

You are so amazing, dealing with all of these frustrations, travels, cravings, etc, and yet *still* sticking to the plan! Especially when your family is eating other stuff right next to you. WOOHOO!!!

Go Bunny! Go Bunny! Go Bunny!

Hi,

It is so fun to watch you make discoveries on this journey. You are learning to let your body lead you in taking care of it. My trick is getting to bed before the night time munchies try and take me down!

I have gained so much by watching you and reading the comments. I can only imagine what it must be like to be the recipient of so much support :)

I lift my glass of green smoothie to you. Cheers!

Viv, it's AMAZING! I would not be doing as well as I am without all of this support. Finding a thriving raw community online has kept me on track. Otherwise, I'd feel VERY lonely here in Anderson, SC, surrounded by meat and fried food!!

I love you guys. I know people on the Internet are supposed to be creepy and weird, but I think you guys are great. I even consider you FRIENDS!

What a helpful realization you've had, Bunny!!!! That's fantastic! I've found that eating a small something between lunch and dinner makes me feel so great. :-)

I'm so happy for you, Bunny!!!

Lots of love,

Wendi

Great observation! And how true for me too.

I'm excited for your day 70! :)

That is soooo my pattern too! I started taking a fruit snack to work for the 3-4pm hunger and it totally works. I can get home and get dinner made before I'm starved. Works great.
You totally ROCK Bunny Berry at day 69. Don't forget it either in the land of meat-eatin' fried 'tater grubbin' folk. LOL

Hi Bunny...

I must say that I feel pretty 'darn lucky' to have found your blog (pardon the pun!). Your videos have entertained and intrigued me. I have tried to go raw many times…tried being the operative word. I am amazed by your continued determination and am routing for you everyday!

Question time...I hope you don't mind. I am 29 (quickly approaching 30) and am battling both low thyroid and PCOS...very unsuccessfully may I add. It seems the harder I try, the harder I fail...losing 5, gaining 7...losing 10, gaining 15. I cannot believe that I am approaching my 30th birthday fat and miserable. On top of the annoying weight gain, I am afflicted by hirsutism. It seems to worsen by the day. I probably spend over an hour a day trying to make it less noticeable...always conscious, always worried that other people will notice. It certainly isn't something that any girl should have to focus on.

So finally the question...are you afflicted with hirsutism and if so, has the raw diet made any difference?

Thank you for your time and EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!!

Hi Bunny,
I feel that the support from you is priceless. So much of what you are articulating is exactly what is going on with me. I of course did not take the time to figure out that going without eating in the afternoon was causing all sorts of problems. Now I know and won't try to gut it out until dinner ... starting today.

I am curious what you daily food items, pattern is. Once a week I make up your frozen smoothie packets ... and believe me ... they are life savers. But ... what else do you do? I love your approach, so anything you wish to share would be happily received :)

Please tell me more about the frozen smoothie packets? What is in them? How many do you make up at a time? Etc.

Thanks,
Carol
