Raw Fu 100: Day 2- Weekends Can Be Tough

Today I make a smoothie with Andre, talk about chewing your smoothies, and why weekends on raw food can be tough.

I agree we shouldn't beat ourselves up if we slip. I'm making that one of my goals to forgive myself. I will do my best every day but if I make a non-raw food choice (not even going to say it's a poor choice) then oh well, and move on. Like you suggested just follow up with something raw. Even if it's unavoidable to stay all raw either at home or in a social setting just make sure there's some healthy sides on that plate. I think I'm rambling now. :)

Your smoothie looked super yummy!

Oh my gosh Bunny, your video today is exactly what I needed! I TOTALLY love the idea about leaving something chewy or crunchy (especially coconut, yum, yum) in your green smoothies :) When I hear you breaking it down into a 10 day challenge, it makes it is less intimidating...you are doing great!

I get the crunch need. Oh yes yes. I have started adding sunflower seeds or half frozen peas into things. They say an altoid tin of Almonds will do wonders for your health. They are wildly expensive but I like having them around for when I need to chomp on something after smoothies. Cheers to the power of self reflection. So many people prefer to stay numb than to go within. I am with you on this 100 day journey... only I will start mine Tomorrow August 4th. Feel free to bounce to my blog for a tandem 100 day buddy. I'll be your loudest cheerleader!!

I just found out about this after the challenge sign up time was already finished. ;[ I'm hoping to be a part of it the next time that this 100 day challenge restarts. I think it'd be fun! :D

Keep it up!
I hope you don't mind, but I may follow your 100 days, though I'm not officially a part of the challenge.
