Today I make a simple sunflower seed cheese for you to munch on. Nom nom nom. I like to use sunflower seeds because they are much less expensive than other nuts, and don't make me retain water.
Mmm, sunflower seeds are definitley the best thing. I made some sunflower-jalapeño patties that I read in The Sunny Raw Kitchen nad they were delicius.But, well, I´ll go to the point. I just found about the 100 day challenge two days a go and I would really like to join the forum. I am going 100% raw and I think being in the Raw Fu would be very helpful. I understand I´m ten days late but haven´t you considered a reopen for all the poeple that just found out about the project? Bunny,I'm still learning about the raw diet and am wondering if these sunflower seeds were soaked or not. Why or why not? How do I know when I should or should not soak nuts?
