Raw Fu Challenge Day 6

Today I talk about the salad phenomenon, and how I'm trying to just experience it and eat the damn salad.

I totally feel your pain. I have the same problem when I think about a salad. But the funny thing is, everytime you said phenomenon, I said: Mahna mahna.
Do dooo do do do. Mahna mahna. Do do do do. Mahma mahna. Do doo do do do do do do do do do do do do do do doot doot doo do doot. Mahna Mahna-na-na-na-na...... I love the muppets. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTXyXuqfBLA

I am trying to overcome the faulty thinking that "mashed potatos are comforting." They are NOT! They make me fat and sad. Not comforting. Salads are comforting. They love you and give you their vitamins and enzymes and fiber. Veggies comfort you. Not bread.

Hi Bunny Berry,

You probably get this all the time — I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! I'm doing my own raw food challenge without any deadline in sight but I'm prob at Day 70 and you nailed the salad phenomenon.

I have been avoiding leafy salads and use mushrooms or dump broccoli or cauliflower in the food processor, but even that's wearing thin, so I'm back to leafy salads. And it is friggin' hard. But yest, I made a beautiful spinach mango curry salad, which I did not want to eat. I made myself though and hey presto I thought it tasted great and it made me feel good.

Bunny, please keep doing what you are doing because you are helping so many folks like me :)
