Awww...that was one of the saddest videos I've ever seen. *HUGS* I wish I was there to give you a nice, gentle massage on your back.
I have no idea what could help with your back. Maybe Kevin Gianni would know of some stretches to help with your trouble spots?

I forgot to tell you haow completely enthralled i am with your new graphics and sound intro and ending with our raw fu mascot. seriously, I could go back over and over and watch him and the snow and just giggle. You are awesome!
Oh, man! That's rotten luck. I'm so sorry that your back is in pain. I am about two months into a raw diet now, and I in no way feel good about getting into a swimsuit, myself - yet! - but - swimming is a great way to get exercise that doesn't put pressure on your back.
